We were called to a local factory in Waterbury, CT, to install a solenoid valve with bypass piping on a parts washer machine. This upgrade ensures that when the machine loses power, the water shuts off automatically, preventing flooding when the building is unoccupied.

We were called to a house to fix an issue of water coming through the basement floor, when we arrived they made us aware that two other drain companies have been out there but weren't able to tell them what the issue was. We were able to find the issue within 5 minutes due to having the proper equipment. We found that their sewer line for the kitchen sink and washer machine were substantially compromised and needed to be replaced.
